Terms and conditions for purchasing memberships

Due to the nature of the digital service provided, no refunds are issued once the membership has been activated.

The digital membership is activated once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Granting access and the permissions associated with the membership constitutes the full delivery of the service.

You are purchasing a membership (access to a user group with specific permissions, options, and exclusive features for your user account).

Some memberships are recurring subscriptions (automatic renewal). Cancellation of the subscription is the sole responsibility of the user.

The cancellation of the subscription, deletion of the account, or lack of use of the service does not, under any circumstances, entitle the user to a refund.

You are not paying for a pack, a download, a link, software, or any specific content published by community members. You are purchasing a forum membership, and that is exactly what you receive.

THE PAYMENT IS NOT LINKED TO ANY SPECIFIC CONTENT PUBLISHED ON THE FORUM

Access to exclusive content is personal. The disclosure or redistribution of private content, as well as the violation of any forum rule, will result in immediate account suspension or termination without entitlement to a refund.

System records and logs, which document account changes, access, and activity, may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute, claim, or chargeback.

By completing the subscription and payment process, you expressly acknowledge and accept all the conditions stated above.
