In order to delete your account, you must first cancel your subscription if you have one active.
You have to wait for your subscription to end before you can delete your account. For example, if your subscription ends on March 25, we will not respond to your deletion request until March 26 (do not contact us until that day to delete your account). The reason for this decision is to avoid any fraudulent claim or dispute.
In the case of permanent memberships, profile deletion can only be requested once 180 days have passed from the purchase date, as during this period it is necessary to retain the minimum data associated with the transaction due to legal obligations and for defense against potential claims.
Then when your subscription has ended, send us an account deletion request through the contact form.
Note: We do not recommend deleting the account because in the future we will likely close registrations and you can only enter our site with an invitation, which will make it much more difficult to register again.
Note 2: If you have had a subscription with us, some data such as IPs, emails sent, records and logs will be kept for us for 12 months to present as evidence to the payment provider in the event of a claim or dispute.
