BREAKING: Arizona Senate GOP All Back Arresting Maricopa County Board Of Trustees For Contempt
All 16 Republicans in the Arizona Senate co-sponsored a resolution calling for the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to be held in contempt and arrested for refusing to comply with wide-ranging subpoenas for election equipment and materials.The Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County in Arizona are in a lot of trouble.
Senate Resolution 1005 directs Senate President Karen Fann to “take all legal action pursuant to section 41-1153” of state law, which says that any “witness neglecting or refusing to attend in obedience to a subpoena may be arrested by the sergeant-at-arms and brought before the senate or house.”
Senate rules, which can only be waived with a two-thirds vote of the chamber, require a resolution to be read three times on separate days before a final vote. The chamber is adjourned on Friday, meaning the earliest a vote could take place would be Monday. Given the likelihood that all 14 Senate Democrats will vote against it, the resolution would require the unanimous vote of the Republican caucus to pass.
The supervisors have challenged the subpoenas in court, arguing that the Senate lacks the legal authority to seek some of the requested materials. But though a judge has not yet ruled on whether the Senate can legally demand the materials, Fann moved forward with a contempt resolution after the supervisors on Tuesday refused a request to set a date for when the county will comply with the subpoenas.
The subpoenas issued by Fann and Sen. Warren Petersen, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, demand that Maricopa County turn over ballot tabulation machines, 2.1 million ballots and other materials and data from the 2020 general election.
Maricopa County has expressed concerns about who would be examining its voting machines if it complied with the subpoena.
The Senate announced on Friday that it has selected and hired a firm to conduct the audit. Fann later told the Arizona Mirror that nothing is final and that other firms are under consideration as well.
Supervisor Jack Sellers, the chairman of the Board of Supervisors, said it was “frustrating that the Senate would even consider” finding the board in contempt. He said state law bars the release of the ballots, and if the Senate wants them, it should convince a judge to allow access.
Republicans hold a 4-1 majority on the Board of Supervisors. All five members have repeatedly defended the integrity of the general election from fraud allegations that have proliferated since the election.

Un 65% de Republicanos y un 15% de Demócratas se unirían al nuevo partido de Trump
Mucho se está hablando estos días en Estados Unidos de la más que probable decisión de Donald Trump de crear un partido político que, en las próximas elecciones presidenciales del 2024 se presentara frente a Republicanos y Demócratas. Y en el país de las estadísticas ya se están llevando a cabo encuestas para conocer la opinión de los votantes.Según una noticia publicada en ‘Washington Examiner’, que puedes leer en este enlace, casi dos tercios de los republicanos se decantarían por la opción política de Donald Trump, pero es que un 15 % de los demócratas y un 28 % de independientes optarían también por este nuevo partido político.

Estado actual de todas las demandas judiciales presentadas por Donald Trump: En la mayoría de las que hay dictada sentencia ha vencido
Si se dan cuenta hay un silencio absoluto en cuanto a las demandas judiciales presentadas por Donald Trump con motivo del fraude electoral. Si solo nos basáramos en la información proporcionada por los medios de manipulación masiva pudiera parecer que esas demandas hubieran pasado al olvido, como si nunca hubieran existido.Pero la realidad es otra bien distinta puesto que la realidad indica que muchas de ellas siguen activas y en la mayor parte de las que ya hay dictada sentencia, ha vencido Donald Trump. El blog ‘Wise Energy‘ tiene una hoja de cálculo en la que va a actualizando las novedades que se produzcan en todas esas demandas.
En resumen, la situación actual de esas demandas, hasta el momento, es la siguiente:
Del total de 80 demandas presentadas, 34 han sido retiradas, consolidadas con otras demandas o desestimadas debido a tecnicismos legales como falta de legitimación, oportunidad o jurisdicción. Los jueces que desestimaron las demandas nunca escucharon la evidencia real de irregularidades electorales y / o fraude, ya que no permitieron que se presentaran en las salas de audiencias. Tales casos no pueden contarse como una pérdida para Trump.
De las 46 demandas restantes, 25 casos aún están abiertos y sin haberse dictado sentencia, por lo que aún no se ha determinado el ganador y el perdedor. En 21 demandas ya ha habido sentencia. Estos son casos en los que el tribunal escuchó argumentos, consideró cualquier evidencia relevante y luego emitió un fallo formal sobre el fondo.

U.S. Set to Reverse Trump Move and Rejoin China, Russia at U.N. Human Rights Council
Self-anointed guardians of human freedom China, Russia, Cuba, Eritrea, and Venezuela may soon have the company of the U.S. at the U.N. Human Rights Council (UNHRC) if the Biden administration’s rush to rejoin the globalist body is a success.The diplomatic move by Washington will be a direct rebuff to former President Donald Trump who withdrew the U.S. from the Geneva-based organization in 2018 citing its anti-Israel program and lack of a reform agenda, as Breitbart News reported.
Variously described as a “bully pulpit for human rights violators,” then-U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the UNHRC is “a haven for dictators and the democracies that indulge them.”
“If the Council were serious about protecting human rights, there are plenty of legitimate needs for its attention, such as the systemic racial disparities in places like Cuba, China, and Iran,” Pompeo offered in a statement at the time.
U.S. officials said Sunday that Secretary of State Antony Blinken and a senior U.S. diplomat in Switzerland will announce on Monday a return as an observer with an eye toward seeking election as a full member while it builds closer relations with the United Nations even as members like China scold the U.S. at every opportunity:
AP reports one senior U.S. official said the Biden administration believed the council must still reform but the best way to promote change is to “engage with it in a principled fashion.”
The official said it can be “an important forum for those fighting tyranny and injustice around the world” and the U.S. presence intends to “ensure it can live up to that potential.”
Trump’s withdrawal from the UNHRC was one of a number of U.S. retrenchments from international bodies during his four years in office due to their lack of accountability.
He also exited the Paris Climate Accord, the Iran nuclear deal, the World Health Organization, U.N. education and cultural organization, UNESCO, and several arms-control treaties.
All of which has left the U.N. entirely unperturbed as it defies any and all criticism of its actions, as has always been the case.
Since taking office last month, President Joe Biden has rejoined both the Paris accord and the W.H.O. and has signaled interest in returning to the Iran deal as well as UNESCO.
Although the U.S. will have only nonvoting observer status on the UNHRC through the end of 2021, the officials told AP the Biden administration intends to seek one of three full member seats — currently held by Austria, Denmark and Italy — from the “Western Europe and other states group” that come up for election later this year.
The U.N. General Assembly makes the final choice in a vote that generally takes place in October every year to fill vacancies in three-year terms at the 47-member-state council.

EXCLUSIVE: Suspicious Vehicle Seen Escorting Late Night Biden Ballot Van at TCF Center on Election Night
On Wednesday morning, November 4th President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden in the swing state of Michigan by over 100,000 votes.
This appeared to be another solid win for President Trump in a swing state he won in 2016. The ballot counting in Detroit, Michigan on election night took place at the TCF Center, formerly known as Cobo Hall.
Then late at night, a string of suspicious events changed the momentum for the Trump Team. GOP observers later testified that at 3:30 AM in the morning vehicles drove into the TCF Center and delivered fraudulent ballots for Joe Biden.
The Gateway Pundit reported this on Wednesday morning November 4th after the incident.
At least three election observers later testified in sworn affidavits that they witnessed vehicles delivering fraudulent ballots to the TCF Center early in the morning on November 4th.
Michigander Shane Trejo witnessed the 3:30 am Biden Ballot Drop that gave Joe Biden an outstanding lift. “There were thousands of ballots in each box,” Trejo says. “There were at least 50 boxes that I saw unloaded at 3:30 am, well after the 8:00 pm deadline for ballots to show up.”
After these ballot drops Joe Biden took the lead in Michigan.
Shane Trejo explained how the timing was important. The Biden Ballot Drop took place at the end of one shift. The ballots were left uncounted. So when the new shift came to count ballots they didn’t know where the ballots had come from.
Former Michigan State Senator Pat Colbeck was also present at the TCF Center on the morning of November 4th. Senator Colbeck also witnessed the 3:30 am Biden Ballot Drop. Colbeck spoke with The Gateway Pundit back in November, “I went back there and I witnessed a mini-panel truck if you will with a Detroit Election Bureau regalia all over the side and a vehicle ID number on it… And inside of it, and this gets into some chain of custody discussions, there was no indication that there was a Republican and a Democrat (present) during transfer. We don’t know if they stopped by a sidestreet in Coney Island and picked up a few more ballots during transfer. We have no way of verifying any of that information.”
The authorities and media in Michigan were completely uninterested in following up on this shocking story.
On Friday The Gateway Pundit released a video of the late-night ballot dumps at the TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan.
We caught the fraud on video.
** At 3:23 AM The Gateway Pundit has an exclusive video of a white van registered to the city of Detroit entering the gate into the TCF Center.
** At 3:25 AM we discovered a video from a second camera showing three individuals unloading over 50 boxes of ballots in a hallway inside the TCF Building and just outside the counting room.
** The ballots were then wheeled away on carts into the ballot counting room.
** The van is then seen on video leaving the center about 25 minutes later.
** Then we saw the van returning an hour later, entering the TCF Center again and unloading more boxes of ballots.
** The white van was escorted by a black sports car for both ballot deliveries.
** The white van was allowed through an electronic gate to enter the TCF complex.
Today we have more video proof of the Biden ballot dump.
Detroit city official Chris Thomas signed an affidavit admitting to one late-night ballot dump at the TCF Center. Thomas said 41 boxes of ballots were delivered.
This was a lie. The Gateway Pundit has video proof that the van made two ballot drops at the TCF Center. We also have proof that over 60 boxes of ballots were unloaded at the arena in just the first ballot dump.
And we also have a video that the white van was escorted by a suspicious vehicle.
A black Hyundai Elantra also drove into the TCF Center in the early morning on November 4th.
The Gateway Pundit was able to identify the vehicle. It was registered in Pennsylvania and then registered in Michigan in October. The car had a new title but they kept the old Pennsylvania plates on the car. We believe the vehicle is registered to Enterprise rent-a-car.
We now know that the source for the mainstream media reports, Chris Thomas, has not been truthful at all in his legal affidavits.
We also know the local officials and their far-left media lackeys keep changing their story — while our reports have remained consistent and correct.
And we also know these ballots came into the center without the proper chain of custody documentation.
These ballots should have been disqualified.

But according to our elites in the US media, the tech giants and the Democrat party the worst terrorist attack in the past decade occurred in the US Capitol on January 6 where 4 Trump supporters were killed and one police officer lost his life.
Since the incident, the FBI has devoted millions in resources to investigate and arrest those who were seen at the US Capitol that day and earlier at the Ellipse where half a million American patriots watched President Trump’s final speech as president.
The FBI has put in hours of work identifying the suspects inside the US Capitol on January 6th. One individual, Brian McCreary, was identified by FBI agent Emily Eckert last week.
Emily even included photos in her report on McCreary.
It was only until after the report was published that internet sleuths noticed something strange about one of the photos.
The FBI included a doctored photo in their report on McCreary.
