Texas Man Accused of Plotting ISIS Attack on Trump Tower Admits to Conspiracy
A Texas man who allegedly plotted terrorist attacks in New York City, including on the White House and Trump Tower in Manhattan, pleaded guilty Monday to conspiring to provide material support to the ISIS terrorist group and possessing child porn, federal officials said.Jaylyn Christopher Molina, 22, of Cost in Gonzales County, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to provide material support to ISIS and one count of receiving child pornography, the Department of Justice said in a release.
Appearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Richard Farrer, Molina admitted that since May 2019, he conspired with South Carolina resident Kristopher Sean Matthews, 34, who had the alias “Ali Jibreel,” and other ISIS terrorist supporters to provide services to the terrorist group.
The 22-year-old admitted to administering an encrypted, members-only chat group for people who support the ideology of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham/Syria. Molina collected, generated, and disseminated pro-ISIS propaganda, attempted to recruit individuals to join ISIS, and disseminated bomb-making instructions, officials said.
According to court records, Molina and Matthews discussed traveling to Syria to fight alongside the terrorist group, and plotted to carry out attacks at Trump Tower in New York City, the White House, the New York Stock Exchange, the headquarters of federal law enforcement agencies, and other places.
“We need to stick together, we need to defeat them, we need to take a lot of casualties,” Molina allegedly said as the two men discussed plans to kill in a terrorist attack. Matthews said it would be better to attack government buildings instead of areas “like malls where innocent children are,” according to the officials.
At one point, Molina wrote: “You are my enemy [America] and never will I wear your flag … but I will raise the black flag of Allah,” as reported by News4, citing charging documents in September last year.
The two also described gaining some kind of notoriety if they pulled off the attack. It would make them “rock star status baby,” Matthews said. “This could be Netflix worthy.”
Federal authorities also found 18 images depicting child pornography on Molina’s phone after the device was seized during a search warrant on Sept. 18, 2020.
Molina faces up to 20 years in federal prison on the conspiracy charge and up to 20 years in federal prison on the child pornography charge. He remains in federal custody pending sentencing, officials said.
Separately in November last year, Matthews pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge to provide material support to ISIS, and his sentencing is scheduled for March 4.

Senate rejects GOP motion to dismiss Trump impeachment trial
WASHINGTON — The Senate has rejected a Republican attempt to dismiss Donald Trump’s historic second impeachment trial, a vote that allows the case on “incitement of insurrection” to move forward but also foreshadows that there may not be enough votes to convict him.The 55-45 procedural vote to set aside an objection from Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul puts the Senate on record as declaring the proceedings constitutional and means the trial on Trump’s impeachment, the first ever of a former president, will begin as scheduled the week of Feb. 8. The House impeached him two weeks ago for inciting deadly riots in the Capitol on Jan. 6 when he told his supporters to “fight like hell” to overturn his election defeat.
At the same time, it shows it is unlikely there will be enough votes for conviction, which requires the support of all Democrats and 17 Republicans, or two-thirds of the Senate. While most Republicans criticized Trump shortly after the attack, many of them have rushed to defend him in the trial, showing the former president’s enduring sway over the GOP.
“If more than 34 Republicans vote against the constitutionality of the proceeding, the whole thing’s dead on arrival,” Paul said shortly before the vote. Paul said Democrats “probably should rest their case and present no case at all.”
The senators took oaths Tuesday to ensure “impartial justice” as jurors in the trial, proceedings that will test Republican loyalty to the former president for the first time after the deadly siege at the U.S. Capitol.
Many Republican senators, including Paul, have challenged the legitimacy of the trial and questioned whether Trump’s repeated demands to overturn Joe Biden’s election really constitute “incitement of insurrection.”
So what seemed for some Democrats like an open-and-shut case that played out for the world on live television is running into a Republican Party that feels very different. Not only are there legal concerns, but senators are wary of crossing the former president and his legions of followers. Security remains tight at the Capitol.
On Monday, the nine House Democrats prosecuting the case against Trump carried the sole impeachment charge of “incitement of insurrection” across the Capitol in a solemn and ceremonial march along the same halls the rioters ransacked three weeks ago.
The lead House prosecutor, Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland, stood before the Senate to describe the violent events of Jan. 6 — five people died — and read the House resolution charging “high crimes and misdemeanors.”
Republicans came to Trump’s legal defense.
Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, asked if Congress starts holding impeachment trials of former officials, what’s next: “Could we go back and try President Obama?”
Besides, he suggested, Trump has already been held to account. “One way in our system you get punished is losing an election.”
For Democrats the tone, tenor and length of the trial so early in Biden’s presidency poses its own challenge, forcing them to strike a balance between their vow to hold Trump accountable and their eagerness to deliver on the new administration’s priorities following their sweep of control of the House, Senate and White House.
Chief Justice John Roberts is not presiding at the trial, as he did during Trump’s first impeachment, potentially affecting the gravitas of the proceedings. The shift is said to be in keeping with protocol because Trump is no longer in office.
Instead, Sen. Patrick Leahy, D- Vt., who serves in the largely ceremonial role of Senate president pro tempore, was sworn in on Tuesday.
Leaders in both parties agreed to a short delay in the proceedings, which serves their political and practical interests, even as National Guard troops remain at the Capitol because of security threats to lawmakers ahead of the trial.
The start date gives Trump’s new legal team time to prepare its case, while also providing more than a month’s distance from the passions of the bloody riot. For the Democratic-led Senate, the intervening weeks provide prime time to confirm some of Biden’s key Cabinet nominees.
As Republicans said the trial is not legitimate, Democrats rejected that argument, pointing to an 1876 impeachment of a secretary of war who had already resigned and to opinions by many legal scholars.
Democrats also say that a reckoning of the first invasion of the Capitol since the War of 1812, perpetrated by rioters egged on by a president as Electoral College votes were being tallied, is necessary.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said failing to conduct the trial would amount to a “get-out-jail-free card” for others accused of wrongdoing on their way out the door. He said there’s only one question “senators of both parties will have to answer before God and their own conscience: Is former President Trump guilty of inciting an insurrection against the United States?”
A few GOP senators have agreed with Democrats, though not close to the number that will be needed to convict Trump.

Este fiel siervo de todo lo que le ordene la agenda globalista está basando en esa agenda todas las decisiones que está tomando, cuando lleva tan solo una semana sentado en el despacho oval de la Casa Blanca.Y atentos a esta de la que se hace eco el digital ‘The Epoch Times‘ porque es muy fuerte y tremendamente preocupante: “Biden abre la puerta a que los hombres que se identifican como mujeres puedan acceder a los deportes, baños y vestuarios de mujeres”, ¿les parece a ustedes normal? ¿Se imaginan la facilidad que se le da con esto a muchos enfermos que circulan por el mundo para dar rienda suelta a su enfermizo cerebro?
Y la orden en cuestión dice, entre otras cosas, lo siguiente: “Los niños deben poder aprender sin preocuparse de si se les negará el acceso al baño, al vestuario o a los deportes escolares”. Añade, además que “Los adultos deben poder ganarse la vida y seguir una vocación sabiendo que no serán despedidos, degradados o maltratados por a quién van a casa o porque la forma en que se visten no se ajusta a los estereotipos basados en el sexo” y continúa: “Las personas deberían poder acceder a la atención médica y asegurarse un techo sobre sus cabezas sin ser objeto de discriminación sexual”.
Ordena a las agencias federales, además, que “revisen todas las órdenes, regulaciones, documentos de orientación, políticas, programas u otras acciones de la agencia existentes” que se relacionen con la discriminación sexual y hagan cambios o emitan nuevas regulaciones para incluir la identidad de género.
Con todo esto y la libre interpretación que hagan las agencias federales de esta órdenes, nos podemos encontrar con sucesos aberrantes y con que violadores, enfermos y depravados puedan agarrarse a esta orden federal para dar rienda suelta a sus mentes enfermas y los estadounidenses se acaben encontrando en situaciones incómodas e incluso peligrosas poniendo en riesgo la seguridad de mujeres e incluso de niñas.
Claro que, sabiendo cómo le funciona la mente a quien firma esas órdenes y a toda la gentuza que le mantiene, no nos extraña absolutamente nada que haga cosas como estas.

Muchos de ustedes sabrán el posicionamiento que tenemos sobre lo sucedido en las recientes elecciones presidenciales de los Estados Unidos y nuestro apoyo al presidente Donald Trump.Creemos que lo sucedido en esas elecciones ha sido un fraude absoluto y bajo nuestro punto de vista, “Soboncín” podrá ser un presidente legal, pero completamente ilegítimo ya que no es el presidente votado por la mayoría del pueblo estadounidense. Tengan en cuenta que resulta, además, bastante increíble que un tipo que está, evidentemente, senil y que tiene un pasado como el que tiene, sea en estos momentos el presidente más votado de la historia de aquel país. No hay quien se lo crea y mucho menos teniendo enfrente a un hombre que tiene una gran popularidad a nivel mundial, como es Donald Trump.
Desde el día en el que Biden juró su cargo ha habido múltiples teorías con lo que sucedió en ese momento y con lo que está sucediendo posteriormente. En esas teorías se habla de muchas cosas, una de ellas es que el juramento de Biden fue todo un montaje y que sucederán muchas cosas sorprendentes de aquí a unos meses que acaben poniendo las cosas en su sitio. Se habla incluso de detenciones.
Nosotros, desde el pasado día 20 de enero, no hemos querido entrar en esas teorías puesto que no poseemos información fidedigna que las mantenga, por eso no hemos querido difundirlas, aunque haya muchas, preferimos esperar y ver los acontecimientos que van sucediendo.
Pero hoy nos hemos encontrado con un vídeo que nos ha dejado absolutamente descolocados. En ese vídeo aparece Donald Trump saliendo de un campo de golf y la persona que graba el vídeo le dice al Presidente: “Señor Presidente, gracias por sus servicios”. Y tras darle las gracias, Trump le contesta: “No hemos acabado todavía”. ¿Qué habrá querido decir?
