Ya se había filtrado que el recién estrenado comandante en jefe de Estados Unidos usaría su poder presidencial para hacer el Ejército mucho más igualitario. Así, el presidente de Estados Unidos, Joe Biden, ha firmado este lunes un decreto con el que revoca las medidas adoptadas por su predecesor, Donald Trump, para limitar el acceso de las personas transexuales a las Fuerzas Armadas, por entender que “la identidad de género no debería ser una traba al servicio militar”.Joe Biden da carpetazo así a unas medidas que Trump anunció por primera vez en julio de 2017 y que se tradujeron en dos memorandos presidenciales.
Casi 9.000 soldados trans
Según datos oficiales de 2016 recogidos por la agencia Europa Press, casi 9.000 militares se identifican como transgénero en Estados Unidos y el Departamento de Defensa concluyó ese mismo año que su integración apenas afectaba en términos de organización o coste.Biden entiende que “todos los estadounidenses que estén cualificados para servir en las Fuerzas Armadas deberían poder servir”, según una orden con la que la Casa Blanca también ha querido subrayar que “la fortaleza de Estados Unidos se basa en su diversidad”.
“Estados Unidos es más fuerte, tanto en casa como en todo el mundo, cuando es inclusivo. El Ejército no es ninguna excepción”, ha zanjado Biden, que ha encargado a los secretarios de Defensa y Seguridad Nacional que apliquen la nueva orden y vigilen que no se produce discriminación alguna. Ambos departamentos deben remitir un informe a la Casa Blanca sobre estos progresos en un plazo de dos meses.
Biden ha incluido el respeto de los derechos LGTBI entre los cometidos de su mandato y, en el proceso de formación del Gobierno, ha marcado ya un hito al proponer por primera vez a una persona transgénero para ocupar un puesto de primer nivel federal. Se trata de la doctora Rachel Levine, que aspira a ser la ‘número dos’ del Departamento de Sanidad.
El equivalente al ministro de Defensa, el general Lloyd Austin, y uno de los primeros en ser confirmados en el cargo, ya habló de la necesidad de revocarlo durante su audiencia de confirmación en el Senado la semana pasada.
“Apoyo el plan o plan del presidente para revocar la prohibición”, indicó Austin. “Si está en forma y está calificado para servir y puede mantener los estándares, debería poder servir”.
Según la nueva política de Biden, los militares transgénero no serán despedidos en función de su identidad de género y pueden servir en su género preferido una vez que su transición se complete y se registre en el sistema de informes de defensa.
Tal y como recuerda la agencia AP, la decisión se produce cuando Biden planea centrar su atención en los problemas de equidad que cree que continúan ensombreciendo casi todos los aspectos de la vida estadounidense. Antes de su toma de posesión, el equipo de transición de Biden hizo circular un memorando de Ron Klain, ahora jefe de gabinete de la Casa Blanca, que esbozaba el plan de Biden para usar su primera semana completa como presidente “para promover la equidad y apoyar a las comunidades de color y otras comunidades desatendidas“.
Desmantelar el legado de Trump
La medida para revocar la prohibición de las personas transgénero también es el último ejemplo de cómo Biden utilizó la autoridad ejecutiva en sus primeros días como presidente para desmantelar el legado de Trump. Sus primeras acciones incluyen órdenes para revocar una prohibición de la Administración Trump a los viajeros de varios países predominantemente musulmanes, detener la construcción del muro en la frontera entre Estados Unidos y México y lanzar una iniciativa para promover la equidad racial.Hasta hace unos años, los miembros del servicio podían ser dados de baja del Ejército por ser transgénero, pero eso cambió durante la Administración Obama. At Least One Third of the Nation Believes Joe Biden Stole the Election – Unchanged from December
One third of the nation believes that Joe Biden won the presidency due to election fraud, according to a Monmouth poll released on Monday.The number is even larger amongst Republicans, 72 percent of whom believe that the election was rigged.
The polling firm also found that ten percent of America will never accept Biden as president.
Approximately two thirds of the people who believe the election was stolen still think that it is time to accept Biden and move on.
The pollsters found that “fifty-four percent said they were “very confident” in its integrity, up 10 points from November, while those who were ‘not at all’ confident dipped slightly from 29 percent to 25 percent in the same period.”

The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed emoluments clause lawsuits against Donald Trump.In an order that was issued with no dissent, the highest court of the land instructed lower courts to toss out opinions against Trump since he is no longer in office.
For years Trump endured judicial harassment after rabid Democrats lawmakers and attorneys general of DC and Maryland sued him over 3 years ago because foreign government officials stayed at Trump’s DC hotel.
The emoluments clause is a provision that bars US presidents from accepting gifts from foreign governments without permission from Congress first.
Loser Democrat lawmakers, who couldn’t even run a successful lemonade stand, targeted Trump and accused him of violating the very rarely litigated emoluments clause of the US Constitution by claiming his luxury hotels which are blocks from the White House was evidence Trump was receiving benefits.
At one point a district judge dismissed a lawsuit against Trump brought by Democrat lawmakers, however the 2nd circuit revived it and allowed the harassment of a sitting president to continue.
Separately, a 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in July of 2019 dismissed with prejudice a similar lawsuit filed by DC and Maryland claiming President Trump is violating the Emoluments Clause.
Every time a lawsuit was dismissed, the Democrats would file a new lawsuit but today all cases were tossed out by the Supreme Court.

Military Occupation in Washington DC Will Continue During Length of Opposition Leader’s Impeachment Trial
More than 20,000 National Guard troops protected Joe Biden’s virtual inauguration last Wednesday. Then entire event was held behind barbed wire fences and numerous checkpoints. The regime feared no one would show up to see the confused man they were about to inaugurate as president.Following the inauguration 5,000 National Guard troops were then sent to a cold parking garage to sleep. This was after the photo-ops with the DC lawmakers.
This past weekend we found out thousands of National Guard troops are being asked to remain in Washington DC until March.
The lawmakers in charge want to seal off the nation’s capitol until their sham impeachment of the opposition leader is final.
Jack Posobiec says it best, “DC will stay under military occupation while the opposition leader is put on trial.”

Trump unveils new office in Florida, vows to continue his agenda
"The Office will be responsible for managing President Trump's correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities to advance the interests of the United States and to carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism," according to a statement.The nation's 45th commander-in-chief, Donald Trump, officially "opened the Office of the Former President" on Monday, according to a statement from the office which is located in Florida.
"The Office will be responsible for managing President Trump's correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities to advance the interests of the United States and to carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism," the statement noted. "President Trump will always and forever be a champion for the American People," the statement also said.
The House of Representatives on Monday evening transmitted to the Senate the impeachment article passed against then-President Trump earlier this month during the waning days of his four-year term.
The Senate impeachment trial will begin the week of February 8 and Senate President Pro Tempore Patrick Leahy of Vermont will preside.

Dominion’s director of product strategy and security, Eric Coomer, also filed a lawsuit in December against President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, Giuliani, Powell, Newsmax, One America News Network, OANN reporter Chanel Rion, Michelle Malkin, and others that he has accused of civil conspiracy and the intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The 107 page lawsuit against Giuliani was filed in the Federal District Court in Washington, D.C., on Monday morning.
Dominion claims that allegations of election fraud were “demonstrably false.” It also brought up the protest at the Capitol on January 6 for some reason. In fact their announcement to attack Rudy Giuliani reads like something from a far-left publication.
Later this morning Rudy Giuliani responded to the Dominion Voting Systems announcement.
Rudy says he looks forward to investigating their history, finances and practices fully and completely.
