Elecciones generales Estados Unidos 2020: Donald Trump vs Joe Biden

Dead people caught voting in NYC, elections records show

Ballots have been mailed in to the New York City Board of Elections in the name of dead voters, The Post has learned.

Records show that the elections board received an absentee ballot from a Frances Reckhow of Staten Island, a registered Democrat.

The BOE mailed an absentee ballot requested by Frances M. Reckhow of Bedell Avenue on Sept. 24.

Reckhow supposedly mailed the ballot back on Oct. 6 and the BOE received it and declared it valid on Oct. 8, tracking records show.

But there’s a problem: Frances Reckhow, who was born on July 6, 1915 and would be 105 today, died in 2012, according to an obituary filed with The Staten Advance.

Her daughter, Carol Huben, a registered Republican according to voting records, is listed as residing at the same address as her late mother.

Huben did not return phone messages for comment. The Board of Elections said they will look into it.

An absentee ballot was also mailed from a Gertrude Nizzere, also a registered Democrat, who was born on Feb. 7, 1919 and would be 101 today.

The BOE said someone identifying as Gertrude Nizzere, with an address of Shore Road in Brooklyn, requested an absentee ballot in September..

Records show the Nizzere ballot was mailed on Oct. 9 and it was received back by the BOE on Oct.13, which declared the ballot valid on Oct. 25.

But after further review, the agency on Oct. 30 declared the Nizzere ballot received “Invalid” because a search found the voter was “Deceased,” its records show.

The Staten Island Republican Party, which is closely scrutinizing the absentee ballots, flagged the two records to The Post and is referring the matter to the police and Staten Island District Attorney Michael McMahon’s office.

A close outcome is expected between first-term Democratic Rep. Max Rose and Republican Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis for the 11th congressional seat covering Staten Island and southern Brooklyn, including Rekhow and Nizzere’s addresses.

“People should be on the alert for dead people voting. There are people using the names of dead voters to cast ballots,” said Staten Island GOP chairman Brendan Lantry.

“I believe this is just the tip of the iceberg,” said Lantry. “We’re requesting that the NYPD and the Staten Island District Attorney’s office investigate.

Republicans discovered that Nizzere died on July 4, 2016 and is buried in Calverton cemetery.

Filling out a ballot in a dead person’s name is fraud and has resulted in prosecutions elsewhere, including recently on Long Island, where a voter was accused of forging his dead mom’s name on an absentee ballot.

The Board of Elections said it was looking into the matter. The absentee ballots don’t get counted until six days after Election Day in New York.

President Trump has raised concerns about mail-in balloting, including after the city BOE was forced to resend nearly 100,000 absentee ballots to Brooklyn voters after a vendor provided the wrong return envelopes with other people’s names.

Democrats Deny Voter Fraud Exists As They Plot To Steal Pennsylvania

For years, the left has denied that voter fraud is a problem by setting a curious standard: It’s not “widespread.” Never mind that voter fraud never is “widespread.” It’s always targeted at key races.

Case in point is Pennsylvania, which could be, if you will pardon the pun, the keystone state of the 2020 elections, and which Democrats have carefully laid the groundwork to commit targeted fraud.

Let’s assume that President Donald Trump takes the toss-up states where he is currently ahead in the Real Clear Politics average, and that Trump takes Florida and Arizona (where Joe Biden is barely ahead in the RCP averages). The electoral map would look like this: Biden, 260 and Trump 258. (See below.)

That would leave Pennsylvania as the deciding state, which Trump won in 2016 by just 44,292 votes.

Biden clearly believes it to be key to his victory, spending the past two days there.

Well, guess what Biden’s fellow Democrats have managed to pull off in Pennsylvania. They’ve practically rolled out the welcome mat to voter fraud.

The rules put in place by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for 2020 allow:
  • Mail-in ballots to be received and counted up to three days after Election Day if they were postmarked on or before Nov. 3.
  • Ballots that arrived late without a postmark must be presumed to have been mailed before Election Day “unless a preponderance of the evidence demonstrates that it was mailed after Election Day.”
  • Signatures on the mail-in ballots don’t have to match those on record to be counted.
Pennsylvania’s high court, by the way, is elected in partisan elections.

“The Democrats on the state supreme court have effectively stripped Pennsylvania election officials of any practical way to challenge mail-in ballots of whatever provenance before they are counted,” notes George Parry, a former federal and state prosecutor, writing in the American Spectator. “Consequently, the outcome of the presidential election will come down to a post-Election Day ‘knife fight.’”

Don’t expect that to be fair, either.

Not only has the state’s supreme court tilted the scales, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro has all but promised that Biden will win the election, tweeting on Monday that “If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose. That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process.”

In another tweet, he told Trump’s lawyers if you “want to try us, we’d be happy to defeat you in court one more time.”

Shapiro sounds awfully sure of how Pennsylvanians will vote, doesn’t he?

Trafalgar Group pollster Robert Cahaly recently said of Trump that “I think he’s going to need to win Pennsylvania by four or five (percentage points) to overcome the voter fraud that’s going to happen there.”

Cahaly’s firm correctly called elections in battleground states in 2016 that other pollsters had going for Hillary Clinton. This election, Trafalgar has Trump ahead in several battlegrounds that other polls are showing in the Biden camp.

You gotta hand it to Democrats.

When anyone brings up concerns about voter fraud, they scream that it’s a myth and accuse those who point out the system is rigged of trying to suppress the vote, or worse. Then Democrats effectively make voter fraud legal in a state that could very well decide the election.

There is always the chance that Biden or Trump wins by a landslide, which would make committing fraud in Pennsylvania pointless. But if the outcome of the 2020 elections is disputed because of that state, let’s make sure the blame is directed at the right people.

Thousands Of Witches Are Casting "Binding Spells" On Donald Trump To Lose The Election

Who knew Trump Derangement Syndrome had made its way all the way to the supernatural realm?

In a move we are not quite sure is going to necessarily translate to the voting booth, thousands of delusional adult "witches" are apparently planning to cast a "binding spell" on Donald Trump heading into the election to try and get him to lose the election.

Heading into Halloween, the witches believed that the two full moons during the month of October would give them "extra magical powers" to exert influence over the election, according to The Sun.

The witches had planned on several "binding" events around Halloween to try and usher Joe Biden into the White House. They have mobilized their efforts online, using hashtags like #BindTrump and #MagicResistance.

The group's last attempt at using magic spells to remove Trump from office came during last year's impeachment inquiry, which resulted in precisely nothing but a massive waste of time.

One witch from a Facebook group called "Bind Trump", with over 6,100 members, had called for magic to be used against Trump in his last presidential debate, which Trump won handily over Joe Biden.

"Trump needs to go off the rails again in the third and last debate," one witch wrote in late October.
"This will drive the election home-and him out in the landslide our nation and the world so urgently needs."

Some witches have already claimed victory in placing a spell on Trump, claiming that it was their magic that resulted in the President getting coronavirus. Pam Grossman, a podcaster and author on witches, told The Sun that the "two powerful full moons" in October had given the witches more power.

"I think the symbolism of it starting with a full moon and ending with a full moon also feels really powerful. It's bookended by these two incredible cosmic moments, and so that feels like a big portal for change and transformation as well," she concluded.

If you say so, Pam.

Biden is planning to declare victory if news organizations say he won the presidential election — even if Trump won't concede

Joe Biden, the Democratic presidential nominee, is planning to declare victory on Tuesday night if news organizations announce him as the winner of the election — and even if President Donald Trump refuses to concede and contests the results.

Biden campaign advisors told Axios that the former vice president wanted to avoid taking a defensive posture if the president spreads misinformation about the election or moves forward with lawsuits.

"We're not really concerned about what Donald Trump says," Jen O'Malley Dillon, the Biden campaign manager, told reporters on Monday, according to Axios.

O'Malley Dillon added: "We're going to use our data, our understanding of where this is headed, and make sure that the vice president is addressing the American people."

Trump has privately told advisors that he will declare victory on Tuesday night if it looks like he's leading the race, according to Axios. But on Tuesday morning, the president told "Fox & Friends" that he'd declare himself the winner "if" and "when" "there is victory."

O'Malley Dillon expressed confidence that the Biden campaign would have "a very good sense of where we're headed" on election night even if many ballots have not been counted. She argued that it would be mathematically impossible for Trump to win on Tuesday night.

"Under no scenario will Donald Trump be declared a victor on election night," she said, according to Axios.

According to Biden's schedule, he's planning to address the nation on Tuesday night, regardless of what the results show.

Axios reported that should Biden win, he would quickly move forward with the transition process.

La deuda pública estadounidense ha alcanzado el 135% del PIB. El endeudamiento del gobierno federal no ha dejado de crecer bajo la presidencia de Trump y no parece que vaya a cambiar en el futuro, ni con Trump ni con Biden.

Will the CCP Pick the Next US President by Fake Mail-In Ballots?

The ruling on extending the deadline for mail-in ballots is becoming another flashpoint in this General Election. This opens up the possibility of ballot fraud. The Chinese Communist Party, CCP, has pinned its dream of taking over the world on Biden’s victory. The CCP’s strategy to achieve this outcome not only includes BGY but also election fraud

The White House National Security Adviser O’Brien said on Aug. 9 that hackers associated with the CCP had been attacking the U.S. election infrastructure and websites. The hackers attempted to infiltrate the websites of the offices of the Secretary of State, which administer local elections across the United States, in order to collect data on Americans. Besides, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reported that in the first half of this year, nearly 20,000 fake U.S. driver’s licenses originated from China and Hong Kong were found in Chicago Customs alone. These fake driver’s licenses are the CCP’s attempt to create false votes and steal the election.

The CCP’s strategy of election fraud

Mr. LuDe, the host of LuDe Media of the Whistleblower Movement, pointed out that the CCP had already collected a lot of personal information through WeChat, TikTok, and through hacking. Extending the mail-in ballots’ deadline allows the CCP to see the results on election day so that they could navigate the fraudulent votes to districts where Biden is losing, all in an effort to disrupt the Trump victory. All three states, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, can be flipped by making no more than 200,000 fraudulent votes if we have a similar turnout as in 2016.

In the 2016 election, Trump won by about 20,000 votes in Florida. Based on the big data the CCP has, they can guess who are the unlikely voters. With the voters’ IDs in their possession, the CCP can vote on their behalf without their knowledge. With 30,000 more fake ballots, Trump could easily lose Florida given the same turnout as the last election. In Pennsylvania, it only takes 10,000 fraudulent votes.

Election fraud was evident in Florida’s 2018 midterm elections. In the last minutes of counting, there were still boxes of uncounted ballots at the various counting locations, all voting Democrat. When the governor pressed on the legitimacy of these votes, Democratic election officials retreated immediately.

Four days before this year’s General Election, eighty-six million people have voted. But a batch of mail-in ballots in a Pennsylvania county have not reached the voters. The Butler County Elections Department sent out 40,000 ballots by mail at the request of voters. About half of these ballots have been received, but at the same time, the authorities have received tens of thousands of calls asking where the ballot papers have gone, saying that they have not yet received them. The missing ballots should have been mailed by mid-October, the elections department said, but a preliminary check by the Postal Service concluded that the ballots never made it to the post office.

On Aug. 14, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf (D) asked the state’s Supreme Court to extend the deadline for mail-in ballots to be counted after the U.S. Postal Service warned that some ballots might not make the Election Day deadline. The court granted this request. The federal Supreme Court upheld the ruling on Oct. 19, allowing votes received within three days of the Election Day to be counted. Wisconsin and North Carolina wanted to change the rules on the mail-in ballots as well.

As Election Day approaches, ballot fraud is already surfacing in different states. This gives the CCP more opportunity to create fraudulent ballots. Considering that Pennsylvania has 20 electoral votes and Trump won the state by less than one percentage point in 2016, Pennsylvania Republicans returned to the Supreme Court on the 23rd, asking the justices “as soon as practicable” to rule on the substance of the dispute, while asking the Supreme Court “to intervene in a timely manner,” to provide much-needed clarity and prohibit local courts from continually changing election rules in advance of an election.

However, on Oc. 29, the Supreme Court again refused to change Pennsylvania’s election rules, thus defeated state Republican’s efforts to reimpose an Election Day deadline for the return of absentee ballots. As a result, ballots received by Nov. 6 would then be counted as valid. However, ballots received after the polls close on No. 6 will be segregated from those received earlier. If those ballots affect the state’s outcome, the high court may consider the state Republican’s request after the election. It seems the situation is dire and not to be underestimated.

The result of Amy Corny Barrett’s inauguration

Amy Coney Barrett was sworn in as a Supreme Court Justice outside the White House on Oct. 26. On the same day, the Supreme Court made an important ruling on the Election Day vote count. The high court voted 5-3 to deny an extension of the deadline for mail-in ballots in swing-state Wisconsin. All ballots had to be received no later than 8 p.m. on Nov. 3 before they would be counted. But Justice Barrett did not participate in either decision “because of the need for a prompt resolution” and because she had not had time to fully review the parties’ documents.

Barrett’s confirmation increased the conservatives’ proportion on the Supreme Court, bringing the number of conservative justices to six. Despite the Chief Justice’s increasing wavering attitude, the ruling outcomes will not be seriously affected. Thus, if the election results were ever in question, it would undoubtedly go to the Supreme Court through judicial litigation. A nine-member vote would have made this U.S. election fair the outcome and would have given an essential guarantee that the U.S. Constitution would be upheld.

On the other hand, separating the ballots received before and after the polls close can effectively prevent fraud. If most of the votes received are for Democrats, it would be blatant cheating. It is believed that at that time, the Supreme Court will make a fair ruling and crush the CCP’s goal of reversing the election results and subverting the American democratic system in one fell swoop.
